EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Permanent Full-Time (80 hours biweekly)
UNION AFFLIATION: Non-Union
WAGE RANGE: $46.59/hr – $58.24 (this hourly rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits)

MAIN DUTIES:
Supports the effective and efficient delivery of wound care practices at Woodingford Lodge in accordance with our vision, mission and values statements. With a focus on complex wounds and prevention of skin breakdown. This position is responsible for the assessment for treatment plans of all wounds as well as the assessment and staging of unpredictable wounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
· Current CPR is required.
· Proven leadership skills in the health care setting.
· Certification in or a willingness to achieve certification in basic and advanced wound care training at the university level.
· Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team to deliver programs, services, and outcomes.
· Proven ability to meet the required competencies for this position in alignment with Oxford County’s competency framework.
· Valid Ontario, Nigeria or African driver’s license.
