International shipping is available, and international costs apply according to location. We are not responsible for customs/duties/taxes.

Exchanges

We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of quality. We hope you'll love your Musana product, but if it doesn't meet
your expectations, we will happily exchange it for something you love. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase.
Items must be in their original condition to be exchanged. Email info@musanaintl.com to exchange items.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Items can be returned for a full refund or for store credit.

Damaged items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for replacement, a full refund or for store credit.
Email info@musanaintl.com with a photo of your damaged item to return or replace it. 

Musana reserves the right to restrict exchanges or refunds for any reason.
