Job Duties
- Deliver and collect packages, messages, and items
- Drive vehicles like cars, vans, and small trucks to transport goods
- Maintain high standards in customer service
- Handle payments or invoices for delivered items
- Communicate with central dispatch
- Keep delivery records
- Load and unload goods
- Sort packages
- Follow routes and use maps for navigation
- Log trip details like vehicle mileage and fuel costs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Inspect vehicles before, during, and after trips
Licences and Certificates
- Class 5/5F/G License for cars, vans, and small trucks
Travel and Transportation
