Job Overview
Pacific Western Charters is hiring Shuttle Drivers in Kelowna. This job involves driving a crew vehicle to transport Health Authority workers to and from hospitals. The temporary position lasts about three months but may lead to a permanent role.
Shift Details:
- Work in two-week rotations: two weeks of day shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm), two weeks of night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)
- 4 days on/3 days off, then 3 days on/4 days off
- 12-hour shifts (8 hours regular, 4 hours overtime)
- Hours are guaranteed regardless of the number of trips

Requirements
- Valid Class 4 driver’s license or higher
- Previous commercial driving experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Clear criminal background check
Job Duties
- Drive a crew vehicle (e.g., Tahoe) to transport health workers and equipment to hospitals
- Keep daily records of trips
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and follow maintenance rules
- Be on-call during shifts
- Drive safely and follow all driving procedures
- Work closely with Health Authority staff
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract (3 months)
