Position: Recycling and Garbage Truck Driver/Loader
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime available
Location: Brantford, Ontario N3R 7H8, Canada
Wage: $26 per hour

Job Details

Positions Available: 2 drivers needed

Main Duties:

  • Drive waste collection and recycling trucks
  • Load materials from the curb into the truck
  • Follow safe working procedures
  • Offer excellent customer service as per company standards
  • Complete assigned routes safely and on time
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fill out Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Ontario DZ driver’s license with a clean record and CVOR
  • At least one year of experience driving with a DZ license, or be an AZ graduate from a recognized driving school
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a background check, including MTO medical/drug test, criminal record check, license check, and job verification
  • Punctual, dependable, and a team player
