Job Description

Role Summary:
The Data Management Services (DMS) team handles daily support for databases and data access tools across North America. Our goal is to help business partners using the latest technology, ensuring security and offering business intelligence tools. We are looking for someone who loves Information Technology and can learn and use different software and technology.

The Delivery Coordinator will be part of the DMS team, helping with project planning and management. Candidates should have at least 2 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in project coordination or management. The role includes starting, planning, and managing projects, solving problems, and ensuring smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with project planning and cost estimation.
Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Work with architects and leaders to plan project approaches.
Lead projects from start to finish.
Create solutions that meet business needs.
Follow the set organization and project standards.
Communicate well with project teams and stakeholders.
Review project risks and support teams with issues when needed.
Assist with project budgets and suggest process improvements.
Build positive project team environments.
Work with Program Management to align project needs with resources.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or related IT field, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination/management.
Ability to manage small to medium project teams and handle complex ideas.
Understand business priorities and needs.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Willing to share ideas and participate actively in meetings.
Build long-term partnerships with business partners.
Give performance feedback.
Basic knowledge of cloud systems and databases.
Understanding of Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good mix of business understanding and data skills.
